Food Inside the Alcázar
For the protection of the historic palaces, gardens, and artifacts, eating is generally not permitted inside the exhibition areas, historic buildings, or during guided tours. However, visitors are welcome to bring their own packed lunches and snacks to enjoy in designated outdoor picnic areas, particularly within the extensive gardens. These areas offer a relaxed setting to refuel amidst the Alcázar's impressive surroundings. Please dispose of all litter responsibly in the bins provided.
Drinks Policy
Non-alcoholic drinks in resealable bottles or containers are generally permitted throughout the Alcázar grounds, allowing you to stay hydrated during your visit. However, consumption of drinks is not allowed inside specific exhibition spaces or historic rooms to prevent accidental spills and maintain the integrity of the exhibits. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into the Alcázar grounds.
